As Patika Staff Shift System, we prioritize customer satisfaction. We operate on a monthly subscription basis and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

We offer a 7-day free trial. During this period, you can use all features for free.

How to Get a Refund?

You don't need to send an email for refund. You can easily do it from your profile page:

    Go to Profile Page

    Log in to your account and go to your profile page from the profile menu in the top right corner.

    Cancel Subscription

    Click the 'Cancel Subscription' button on the profile page to cancel your subscription.

    Refund is Automatic

    After cancellation, the refund is automatically processed to your payment method. You can continue using the service until the end of the month.

Refund Conditions

  • Monthly Subscription

    We operate on a monthly subscription system. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Use Until End of Month

    After cancellation, your subscription continues until the end of the month. You can continue using all features during this period.

  • Automatic Process

    The refund process is done automatically from the profile page. No need to send an email.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Current Month

    Due to the monthly subscription system, the current month's fee is not refundable. However, you can continue using the service until the end of the month.

  • Abuse

    No refund will be made for accounts that violate or abuse the terms of service.

Refund Time

The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after cancellation.
