Patika is a staff shift planning and management system developed for healthcare institutions. Our service includes:

  • Staff registration and management system
  • Automatic shift planning algorithm
  • Leave and request management
  • Analytics and reporting tools
  • Mobile-compatible web interface

User Responsibilities

When using the platform, you must comply with the following rules:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Protect your account security
  • Use the platform for legal purposes
  • Respect other users' rights
  • Do not violate copyright and intellectual property rights
  • Do not spread malicious software or viruses

Payment and Billing

Our service is offered with a monthly subscription model:

  • Monthly fee: ₺150 (VAT included)
  • Payments are automatically renewed
  • First 7 days free trial available
  • You can cancel anytime
  • After cancellation, service continues until the end of the period

Data Security and Privacy

The security of your data is important to us:

  • All data is stored encrypted
  • KVKK and GDPR compliant data processing
  • Regular security updates
  • Data backup and recovery procedures
  • No data sharing with third parties

Service Interruptions and Maintenance

Short-term interruptions may occur for platform maintenance and updates:

  • Planned maintenance operations are announced in advance
  • Emergency security updates may be required
  • 99.9% uptime target
  • Downtime is kept to a minimum

Liability Limits

Patika's liability is limited as follows:

  • Service is provided "as is"
  • We are not liable for indirect damages
  • We are not liable for third-party services
  • We are not liable for problems caused by user errors
  • Maximum liability is limited to the monthly payment amount

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms when necessary:

  • Changes are announced on the platform
  • Important changes are notified via email
  • Changes take effect 30 days later
  • Continued use means accepting the changes
